1. Services Provided

Queen's Shuttle offers premium private and group transportation throughout Queen's, Brooklyn, Manhattan, the Bronx, and major airports including JFK, LGA, and EWR.

Our main services include:

  • Point-to-point and hourly rides
  • Airport transfers (curbside or meet-and-greet)
  • Executive and business travel
  • Event and hotel transportation coordination
  • Private rides for individuals and groups

Service availability may vary during severe weather or high-demand periods.

2. Reservations

Bookings can be made conveniently through:

Required booking details:

  • Full name, contact number, email, pickup & drop-off locations, travel date/time, passenger count, luggage details, and vehicle type.
  • For online payments, billing and credit card details are required for verification and secure processing.

3. Airport Pickup Policy

We offer curbside and meet-and-greet pickup options with real-time flight tracking (when a valid flight number is provided).

Curbside Pickup:

Your driver will wait outside the terminal. Passengers must call upon arrival.

Meet and Greet:

A driver will greet you inside the terminal with a name sign. An additional $30 fee applies.

Grace Periods & Waiting Fees:

  • Domestic arrivals: 30-minute grace period
  • International arrivals: 45-minute grace period
  • After grace: $1.50/min (sedan) | $2.00/min (SUV or van)

4. Passenger Responsibilities

By using Queen's Shuttle services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking and contact information
  • Use our service only for lawful purposes
  • Avoid carrying illegal or restricted materials
  • Treat drivers and staff with respect
  • Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during service

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Submitting false or fraudulent information
  • Harassment, verbal abuse, or unsafe behavior
  • Tampering with or damaging vehicle equipment
  • Using services for illegal or harmful activities

6. Fees and Charges

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup: No charge
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: Full fare charged

No-Show Policy:

If the passenger fails to appear without prior notice, the full fare (including wait time and tolls) will be charged.

Overtime Policy:

  • Non-airport pickups include a 15-minute grace period
  • After that: $1.50/min (sedan) | $2.00/min (SUV or van)

Late or Early Pickup Fee:

$10 for pickups before 7:00 AM or after 10:00 PM

Same-Day Change Fee:

Changes made within 12 hours of pickup may incur a $25 modification fee

  • Drivers receive trip details only — no payment information
  • Customers can securely update their details anytime via their account

8. SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Real-time driver updates
  • Service notifications and reminders
  • Promotions (only if you opt in)

You can opt out anytime by replying "STOP," or resume messages by replying "START." Standard carrier rates may apply.

9. Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure on-time, reliable service, Queen's Shuttle cannot be held responsible for delays or disruptions caused by:

  • Severe weather or traffic congestion
  • Road closures or construction
  • Vehicle breakdowns or mechanical issues

We are not liable for missed flights, lost belongings, or indirect travel inconveniences. However, our team will make every reasonable effort to assist and reschedule your ride promptly.

Queen's Shuttle reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website, and continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
